How Do I Return an Item I Purchased?

Salt & Cerulean Studio accepts returns of items for a full refund of the item price paid if requested within 30 days of receipt of your order. Shipping charges and payment processing fees are not refunded.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact me BEFORE sending your item.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable/digital products
  • Custom/personalized items

Please send your undamaged, unused (unworn) item(s) to us at:

Include the original packing slip (or at the very least a note) with the following info:

  • The order number, or the name and email address of the buyer
  • Please list the item(s) you are returning, and write “return for refund”

Additional notes:

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method. We do not send cash refunds.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using USPS, but you can choose any major carrier.
  • We don’t charge a restocking fee.
  • Custom/personalized items are not eligible for returns
  • You forfeit any and all refund money if you return a worn or washed item.
